A short demo video of micro brushless DC pump JT-680 model 6-24VDC

My colleague Alexander has recorded a demo video about work of this micro brushless DC pump JT-680 model. It's a short demo video of micro brushless DC pump JT-680, with normal working voltage range of 6-24VDC. Here are some notes about use of this pump, hope they can be useful! 1. pump can normally work within a wide voltage range, from 6VDC to 24VDC; however, here we have to note that lower voltage will result in lower power and lower flow. As shown in the video, when at 7.7VDC, working current is 0.36A; at 12VDC, working current is 0.6A; at 24VDC, working current is 1.26A. 2. in this video, it shows the general performance of it, mainly about its shooting/spraying performance, just for giving you some intuitive view about work of this pump. NOTE that shooting height is much different from lift height value of pump. Lift value is the height that max height flow can reach when outlet of pump is connected with matching external hose/tube; while the max flow rate means that flow rate value at horizontal location. The higher the flow reaches, the lower the flow rate will be. At around value of lift value, flow rate becomes zero. Of course, the max static lift value should be measured when pump is powered by a matching 24V DC power supply. (extra info: note that it's normal that deviation of parameters always exist in bulk output of pump products and this deviation is normally around +- 10%; so this factor should also be taken into consideration and some margin is required when choosing suitable parameters) 3. note that pump adopts brushless DC design, completely waterproof; however, it cannot be self-priming (no suction lift) and cannot dry work for long time. Long time dry work without water may damage the pump. 4. About the power supply: please make sure that real output of power supply should not exceed 26VDC. It's more advise that real power output should be within or equal 24VDC. Over-high voltage may damage the pump. So hope all relevant information we've mentioned can be helpful! Best Regards, friend!
